Randy Eastburg, Valley Ridge Roofing and Construction

Since founding Flower Mound, Texas-based Valley Ridge Roofing and Construction in 2010, Randy Eastburg has led the company to triple the volume of its residential roofing business from an initial rate of 20 jobs per month to 60 contracts per month. He also currently has more than 20 commercial jobs under contract. With sales of over $3 million in 2015, Randy Eastburg anticipates Valley Ridge and Construction to produce in excess of $4 million in revenue in 2016.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Randy Eastburg has volunteered as a coach for youth baseball and basketball teams. During his tenure as coach for his son’s AAU basketball team, he guided the squad to several consecutive appearances in the national tournament. He also coached his daughter’s basketball teams, which won multiple state championship titles.

As a professional sports fan, Mr. Eastburg frequently attends Dallas Mavericks, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Stars games, as well as a couple of Dallas Cowboys games each season. To stay active, he enjoys cycling and playing in golf tournaments.
